Pricing questions
What does one finished ad cost?
A typical 4-scene UGC ad on the Standard models costs about the credits shown under each plan. You see the exact cost on every Generate button before you click.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused plan credits roll over for one month while your subscription is active – your plan balance never exceeds two months of credits. Top-up credits never expire, even if you cancel.
Do failed generations cost credits?
No. If a job fails, its credits go back automatically to the bucket they came from. If the fidelity check flags a product shot, the first retry is free.
What does a retry cost?
A normal retry costs the same as the original job and the price is shown on the button. The retry after a failed fidelity check is free.
Which credits are used first?
Plan credits first, then top-up credits – so the credits that can expire are always used before the ones that can't.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly by default and you cancel from the Billing page in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I use the ads commercially?
Yes, the ads you create are yours to run. Make sure product claims are true and follow each platform's rules for AI-generated content – we add an optional AI label on export.
Is there a free plan?
Every account starts with free credits after email confirmation – enough for one finished ad. No card required.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Stripe is the seller of record and shows the tax on your invoice.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page whenever you like.
