Data we process
Account data (name, email, hashed password), uploaded files and generated media, usage and billing records, and technical logs.
Processors
AI generation is performed via kie.ai (model aggregator; uploaded inputs are deleted there after 24 hours, outputs after 14 days). Payments via Stripe. Hosting, database and file storage via your hosting provider (e.g. Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare R2).
Analytics and cookies
Only essential cookies (sign-in, your cookie choice) are set by default. If an analytics tool is in use, a banner asks first; only after you allow analytics do we record which pages lead to sign-ups, exports and upgrades. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Hook pack and emails
If you request the hook pack, we store your email address to send you the file. Marketing emails only if you tick the separate box – we store the wording you agreed to and when; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Live chat
The chat provider's script is only loaded when you click “Chat with us”; it then processes what you write in the chat.
Invites and affiliates
If you sign up through someone's link, we record who referred you so they can receive their commission or credits. They see that someone signed up, not who.
Retention
Generated media stays in your library until you delete it or close your account.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
