No. If a job fails, its credits go back automatically to the bucket they came from. If the fidelity check flags a product shot, the first retry is free.

A normal retry costs the same as the original job and the price is shown on the button. The retry after a failed fidelity check is free.

Yes. Plans are monthly by default and you cancel from the Billing page in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Yes, the ads you create are yours to run. Make sure product claims are true and follow each platform's rules for AI-generated content – we add an optional AI label on export.

Every account starts with free credits after email confirmation – enough for one finished ad. No card required.

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Stripe is the seller of record and shows the tax on your invoice.

Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page whenever you like.

Yes. The timeline editor changes hooks, captions, order, trims, music and text without new generations – edits are free.

No. Exports are free, including every hook variant and format. If an export fails, try again – nothing was charged.

Yes – every export is marked as AI-generated in its file metadata. Signed Content Credentials (C2PA) are added on top once our signing certificate is live.

Settings → Your data → Delete account. Everything is removed, a running subscription is cancelled right away, and remaining credits are lost.

Settings → Your data → Download my data gives you one file with your account, products, ads, results and credit history.

They can be restored from the library for 30 days and are then removed for good – unless an ad, product or character still uses them.
